I’m enjoying it too, though I havnn’t been able to get the 3 finger back action working with my multitouch pad (MBP), which is kind of annoying seeing it’s become an instinctive movement!

I’ve been working on motion tracking too. The difference filter technique can be adapted to be pretty smooth with some bitmap effects, but I think for proper tracking colours and blobs will be needed. More processor intensive but for the sake of an experiment worth a shot. Anyway, my motion traking is here http://blog.soulwire.co.uk/flash/actionscript-3/webcam-motion-detection-tracking/

Nice implementation though, perhaps an output of the camera image would help the usability?

For the craziest pep up coffee ever try making espresso with cola rather than water. used to be my favorite of pulling all nighters coding. ok, not heathly but gooood.
